John Pienarr, the BBC's political correspondent was hinting very strongly on Radio Five about 20 minutes ago that Glasgow East was on a knife edge and that Labour could lose.
If so, it would mean the end of Brown, but even if Labour only just cling on, surely he would still have to go ?
