Bush defends "water boarding"

In an interview with the BBC featured on the BBC Ten O'clock news, George Bush maintained his support for the torture/interrogation technique known as water boarding.

The problem is, you just know he is actually thinking about this

rather than this.

Update : Jailhouse Lawyer has something amusing to say on this topic too.

And Bill Kristol is ambivalent on torture. (http://schneiderhome.blogspot.com/2008/02/bill-kristol-im-ambivilent-on-torture.html)

Its sickening and we've probably aided torture in this country through extraordinary rendition. I'm shocked there isn't more outrage about this.

I'm sorry to burst your "perfect little Utopia world" bubbles, but Waterboarding is just one of MANY techniques which have contributed to the capture of dangerous terrorists & stopped countless attacks & senseless murders.
What do YOU all knowing liberals suggest we do to get the facts from the subjects? huh? Hug them? Give them flowers? Ask them nicely to tell us who they plan on killing next?
For all you know, this type of torture may have already saved YOUR life.
You're welcome.

Actually this piece was designed for people with a sense of humour. Sorry you have not got one.

Oh, and by the way, use of torture may have already recruited another terrorist to the al quaeda cause.

Because of this you may have had your death warrant alrady signed.

Don't thank me, thank George W.
