You read it here first !
I hate to say I told you so because in this case, I wish I had been wrong. However, I did say this afternoon that I thought England would lose. However, I had hoped England would lose heroically like they did to Poland in 1973. I had hoped England would dominate, but ultimately be very unlucky. I didn't expect them to lose to a better team. Well played Croatia.

Yep - totally agree. When you've been given a lifeline like we got at the weekend you'd expect better than the performance we saw tonight. I would feel bad if I thought we were robbed or deserved to go through but we didn't so I'm not. Again, well played Croatia!
