I think the fact that Brown came out against Ming before the police started invetigating brown's finances means he would never have become a Lib Dem peer.
Kenny, I think if you learnt to read I stated that "I think I know ...". Opinions are subjective and not subject to proof. Can you prove that he does NOT want to be an SNP peer ?

Are you being ironic or do you not know that the SNP doesn't niminate peers and that is writtten into the constitution.
Just think, if the police hadn't got to him first, Lord Brown could by now be sitting on the LbDem benches...
