do you think sp[litting the Office up is really the answer, though? Surely then the bad feeling between the various sections will only get worse? I agree with you that it's a mess as it is, though!
I don't know if it is a complete answer but something has to be done. It is hard to turnaround a big ship, but a lot easier to turn around two smaller ones.
