The excellent Digital Spy website reports that a cock up by ITV, who apparently failed to secure proper agreement from Roger Law, one of the 'Luck and Flaw" team who created the original Spitting Image and designed the puppets, means that Roger Law is no longer prepared to give permission for a new series of the show.Read the full report HERE.
Perhaps the BBC could be asked to approach Roger Law instead as it appears that ITV couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery properly !
As John Lloyd, former produce of Spitting Image said in the report "As a result, it has blown away the possibility of a new series. Whoever made that decision should be fired".
I couldn't agree more.

We desperately need some good political satire as Bremner is getting increasingly tired. Maybe they shoudl be publically put in the stocks as well
