For anyone who has not experience the Ryanair levels of service, it might be better just to imagine the train scenes in Dr Zhivago. Yes, I know that is stretching the truth, but "Cattle Class" would be the best way describe their level of service.
Now if Ryanair's own levels of service were not low enough, it appears that the companies they use as contractors are just as bad.

Disdain for the punter is not unknown in the airline industry.
Never flown Ryanair and never will.
A company that have plumbed the depths of poor customer service, doesn't deserve my custom.
I wish every who chooses to fly Ryaair good luck, because sooner or later you are going to need it.
