Is Andrei Lugovoi Daniel Craig ?

Isn't odd that former KGB man and prime suspect (according to the CPS) in the death of Alexander Litvinenko is a Jame Bond look alike.

Andrei Lugovoi (below) does seem to resemble Daniel Craig (above) very strongly doesn't he ?
