The problem with British business

The key, I have been led to believe, to running a succesful business is working out where there is a need for something and them fulfilling that need. It is called 'supply and demand'. Now i know what the need might be tonight in Norwich. 25000 hungry people, and every bloody food outlet in the riverside complex that serves the vicinity around Carrow Road seems to either have no chef tonight, be understaffed or is simply not serving food. Pathetic. The reason they site for the problems tonight ? 'It's a football night' - 'I know' is my reply, 'so why not fulfill the demand and employ more staff ?'. Posted by Nich using mobile blogger in a bowling alley as it is the only place we could sit down and eat.
