Is Fakenham the right place for a Tornado to be doing a victory roll ?

Given the fact that a Tornado jet flying from RAF Marham in Norfolk crashed yesterday off the Lincolnshire coast, I wondered today in Fakenham why a Tornado jet was doing a victory roll over the town.
