The Independent reports on how the killer of Yitzhak Rabin (Israeli Prime Minister at the time) has been allowed a "conjugal visit" with his wife who he recently married behind bars.
I wonder, do the Israeli's offer this service to all prisoners ? It is widely reported that there are arabs in jail in Israel who have never even been before a judge, let alone been offered such "priviledges".
