Will Chloe Smith sign this campaign pledge ?

With regard to my story below about the Tories signing up to a campaign pledge, can Chloe Smith assure us all in Norwich North than neither she nor any of her team were responsible for delivering possbily one of the most disgusting leaflets in recent years, shown below, which appeared to attempt to mislead people in to beleiving that the Lib Dem MP for Cheadle was a rapist ?

Of course, if any of her team were in Cheadle delivering this leaflet, wouldn't it imply a massive degree of hypocrisy from the Tories ?
