Is it not a sign of the desperation of the Labour government that their latest idea, a sort of citizens vigilante force, is Labour's idea of a solution to the problems of crime and hoodies wreaking havoc on our streets.
After years of ASBOs and platitudes from Labour, but no real concerted effort to make the law work for ordinary decent people, Labour now decide that a paltry £5million spent on their latest "citizens army" is the answer.
Is that all you've got Labour ? Pathetic.
