I know this is awfully bad, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who have wanted to kick an overly officious referee in the head at least once in our lives.
This excerpt from the BBC website has to be watched for about a minute, but then the Cuban Matos just loses it after the referee disqualifies the Cuban on a technicality.

What did his coach do to get a life ban? Assuming he didn't say "go on kick him one" he seemed to be trying to restrain him and get him away from the officials.
