Why was it when I heard the ITV News headline earlier "Fears over Rabid Dog" that the first thought that popped in to my head was "Haven't we heard enough about Amy Winehouse ?"

Ugh. I don't like to see disparaging personal remarks about individuals, particularly those who are not in politics, and even more particularly when directed by a man against a woman.

As opposed to calling her a violent junkie I suppose.
The fact is that the truth about her is actually rather distasteful in itself.
