There is nothing to worry about but ...

Given that we have had a financial crisis in this country because of a run on a small building society (the Northern Rock), what should we make of Charles Prince, the head of Citigroup, the world's largest bank, resigning and fears over the liquidity of that bank ?

Just a thought

The world economies are besed on forecasts and so they have got some wrong. It seems most of the trouble is coming from the U.S.

Is that any wonder with Bush in control! Not that he controls the economy, but domestic policy has not helped.

As for the U.K? I think we are now catching a cold which may hang around, but not for too long.
