In Australia, Father Christmases have apparently been banned from saying "Ho, ho, ho" and have been asked to say "Ha, ha, ha" for fear of scaring young children who might think that Father Christmas is instead making reference to a "Ho", which is an American slang term for a prostitute.
So I am sorry to for the Peter Hitchens of this world, but a Conservative led country like Australia is just as bad and it is not all the fault of Labour.
