Put simply, it's whenever they place an advert.

They have been found to be making false claims that flying is quicker than going by Eurotunnel and have also been criticised for making false claims about the economy of their planes.

If you also see the criticism they received for another recent advertising campaign, then you'd have to question the ethics of the company.

I think I'll use Easyjet.
